Hello and welcome to my website, I’m Georgina and I would love for you to come to The Solent Sauna and say hi! I moved to Hampshire from London right in the height of the pandemic and haven’t looked back.

My life has changed for the better, realising the importance of the need to look after ourselves. I started by braving sea swimming, took to the kayak and then tried the paddleboard. I went on a holiday to Bridport, Dorset with my uni girls and we came across the Seaside Sauna Haus (www.seasidesaunahaus.co.uk), Sarah and her team inspired me as I experienced the genuine warmth of her sauna.

It was a game changer! A dedicated space with friends where in one afternoon I felt revitalised in body, mind and soul. The awakening of the cold fresh sea and the deep warmth of the sauna and I knew this was the place I wanted to be. The weekend ended and it was back to the 9 to 5, but I couldn’t get the sauna out of my head.

Why was there no sauna in this beautiful place where I live?… and what could I do to change that?… So I bring to you The Solent Sauna, please come and experience the feeling that I got on holiday in September 2022.
